Who benefits and how?

Jessica practices Postmodern approaches to mental health therapy, including social constructionism, narrative, and solution-focused therapies. Most clients come to therapy because of feeling disempowered by a problem, such as anxiety, depression, or major life obstacles. Therapy becomes a space to re-assess your relationship to the problem. Instead of being weighed down by the problem, we work toward moving forward in a preferred way, with the goal of feeling more empowered.
